As a person, Jeppe is characterized by his positive attitude, ability to maintain an overview in complex and stressful situations, and clear, understandable communication. His legal expertise lies in intellectual property (IP), where he develops and execute tailored IP strategies based on his clients’ international growth ambitions.
Jeppe is that rare creature: a lawyer who has also lived the startup founder’s rollercoaster—raising investor capital, building SaaS products, and fighting the same uphill battles his clients face. The combination of solid legal expertise and deep experience as a SaaS start-up founder having raised investor capital himself and successfully exited makes him a unique advisor for both startups and investors.
Jeppe is available when his clients need him, and he is currently developing two legal tech platforms that make it easier for clients and lawyers to collaborate, and to keep track of IP rights, the IP strategy, and the execution budget over time.
Outside the office, Jeppe juggles family life with his wife and their three energetic boys, voluntary work at the local sports club based on his background as a semi-professional handball player, and the occasional long ride on his road bike. (Apparently, his idea of relaxation is to make life harder for himself uphill.)
Legaly, the firm he founded, is built around a simple but radical belief: challenges are best solved in collaboration. The goal isn’t to drown clients in documents, but to give them clarity, confidence, and control. For Jeppe, success is simple: it’s measured by his clients’ success.
